Feet are the very important part of the body without it we can't move our body. Each of our foot contains 28 bones and 35 joints, you will walk thousands of kilometers each single year and accumulate literally tons of pressure on them during your lifetime. Your feet, of course need special care and attention.




Exercise for your Feet


A quick way to relax tired feet. You need a couple of golf balls, tennis balls, an old rolling pin, or even an empty beer bottle and roll them underfoot while you sit on a chair. Remember not to put too much weight on the bottle.




Remedy for healthy Feet

Its very nice you stay on your feet on whole day but you can't ignore that your feet gating damage day by day. To maintain and make your feet healthy you just need to apply this remedy to your feet.

* 1 tablespoon almond oil
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 tablespoon wheat germ oil
* 12 drops eucalyptus essential oil

Combine ingredients in a bottle, shake it extremely well. Then just rub into the feet and heels. Your feet will feel better instantly. Keep it in a cool and dry place.

  1. Walking on the sand (surfline) at the seashore does remarkable things to make your feet feel better long term. The combination of abrasive sand and salt water is curative.
