Lemon Fish fry (Dried Fish With Lemon)

Fish Fry Lemon Fish Fry


  • 4 Pomfret fish
  • 2 Lemon (Big)
  • 1 tea spoon Coriander powder
  • 1 tea spoon Curry powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoon Chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoon Pepper powder
  • 2 tea spoon Soya sauce
  • Parsley/ Coriander leaves
  • Salt for taste
  • 1 Egg
  • Cornflour
  • Oil


Wash the fish properly and add salt to each piece of fish then add 1 lemon juice, also add the lemon skin to the fish.

Then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, chilli powder, soya sauce, chopped coriander leaves and mix well

Marinate for 1-2 hrs in fridge

Then take 1 egg add little chilli powder and mix well (if needed can add little curd)

Take fish dip in egg mixture and roll on cornflour (For Coating) Fry in medium flame till golden brown

Garnish with lemon and coriander.

Its Ready Now Enjoy Your Meal and one more thing dont forget to serve Hot.
